We want to help you navigate this process and discover the opportunity that aligns with your calling and your current season of life.
How to Find Clarity
- Start with Prayer: Prayer is the most vital part of the missions mobilization process. Ask God to align your heart with His and to provide clarity as you look at the needs of the world.
- Explore Your Options: We encourage you to look back through our Summer, Christmas, and Semester opportunities. Sometimes reading the specific details of a project or seeing the needs of a certain city can help confirm a direction for you.
- Seek Wise Counsel: Your campus minister is an incredible resource. Sit down with them to talk through your interests and your hesitations. They can help you determine which trip or timeframe might be best for your spiritual growth.
- Listen to Others: Talk with students who have served as missionaries before. Hearing about their experiences, their challenges, and their triumphs can give you a better picture of what to expect on the field.
