ALABAMA/MARYLAND | CAMPUS MISSIONARY | 2027
Are you graduating this May and desire to serve on the most strategic mission field? Want to engage the most trainable, teachable, and sendable generation? Consider giving a year back serving on an Alabama university campus as a campus missionary for a BCM. Want to serve in a BCM outside of Alabama? Consider serving a semester at a BCM in Maryland/Delaware where the harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.
WORLDWIDE | MISSIONS RESIDENCY | 2027
The IMB Missions Residency is a pathway for 18 to 29-year-olds who wish to serve cross-culturally with the IMB for 4 months to 1 year. If you’re considering a career in missions or church planting, this pathway will sharpen your skills and provide practical ministry experience while working on many of the requirements for mid-term (2 years) or long-term (3+ years) jobs with the IMB. Residents will participate in strategic, biblical mission efforts alongside IMB teams while being discipled as followers of Christ and ministers of the Gospel.
NORTH AMERICA | CHURCH PLANTING | 2027
Church planting is a unique opportunity to join God’s work in reaching communities that are increasingly unchurched and in need of the Gospel. Students can partner with local church planters to serve, evangelize, and help establish healthy congregations that multiply disciples. It’s a chance to be on the frontlines of advancing the kingdom, while gaining hands-on ministry experience and a deeper heart for God’s mission.

Financial Assistance
All students serving through One Mission Students are eligible for financial assistance if they meet the required criteria. We want to help make long-term service a reality for you by providing the support needed to get you to the field. These funds are designed to help cover your costs as you dedicate a significant portion of your year to the Gospel.
One Mission Students must be:
- Maturing Christians
- Active in an Alabama BCM or Alabama Baptist Church
- Be of good physical and emotional health
- Participate in personal evangelism on your college campus
- Students must refrain from any use of alcohol, tobacco, pornography, sexual contact outside of marriage, and/or any other activity that will call into question your integrity or hinder one’s witness for Christ.
- Completed one semester of college
- Have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher
