Make disciples through church planting in a major global city: Lima, Peru! Yes, there is still major lostness in the Americas. Millions of people have never heard the good news or been presented with the opportunity to follow Jesus. Our team enjoys making disciples by doing things we already love such as sports, surfing, arts, and music. What do you love? Could you do it here with us to tell people about Jesus? Let's find out! As a Summer Sojourner in Lima, Peru you will partner with a missionary team to fight back against lostness using the unique skills and interests the Lord has given you. And, you can expect to be trained and mentored in cross-cultural church planting.
Special requirements: You must be bold and a self-starter. Students must be willing to use their gifts and interests to engage those they interact with in Lima. Students need to be willing to learn more about what church planting looks like in an international context. Spanish is helpful, but not required.
